Customer service is TERRIBLE!! Why don’t they have a phone number to call? The only way to get in contact with them is through social media.
I placed my order on June 28th. I received an email saying my package had been shipped on July 1st. My package has been stuck in customs in Memphis since July 5th. I requested a refund because I didn’t pay for my clothing to be stuck in customs. They refused to give me a refund. Six different people told me I had to wait until July 29th to see if my package would make it out of customs. How did they come up with July 29th?? Seems like they just pulled that date out of thin air.
Don’t order anything from Nasty Gal. If I could give them 0 stars, I would!
