I ordered a lounge set (crop top and pants) from nasty gal and will NEVER order from them again.
1. Shipping cost was $10
2. One of the pant legs was longer than the other; and noticeable! I couldn’t believe it. It looked like I was flooding on one side
3. Customer service is awful!!! This is the main reason for my bad review. They have no telephone number, and do not respond right away (or even same day) to your emails.
I emailed the company immediately upon receiving my package and noticing the faulty pants. They asked me to send them a picture of the pants, which I did. Then they said my information doesn’t match the account holder...what? When I placed the order, I did not create an account; I checked out as a guest. Also my name and address was listed as the recipient, and the same email address used to place the order was the same email address that I used to reach out to them! But because my boyfriend used his card to pay for my lounge set, they refused to resolve the issue with me, even though I verified everything they asked me to verify. So my boyfriend had to email them from his personal email address that was not associated to the order at all! Now does that make sense?
I’m still waiting on them to resolve this issue. It’s been 4 days. I’ll never do business with them again
