Disappointed In Companies Taking Advantage Of COVID
Customer service is a nightmare. I ordered two items in a size small and one was sooooo tight I could barely get it on, it gave me a camel toe, and it bunched at the seams by my crotch. Did not look like the photo on the website. It’s cheap material. Is size 2 sizes too small. If I was to even sit down I think it would rip.
The second item was a similar look same size. Size small. It was more like a medium or large in the pants. The pants were barely hanging onto my hips. I was pulling them up in the photos so you wouldn’t see my vagina. The pant was 2” total circumference too big.
After I jumped through hoops to send the customer service photos. One person said to send them back and told me they would pay for the label. Then another person writes back the follow: “So sorry to hear the items do not fit you perfectly.
I have checked your photos and the sizes you have received and can see they are correct.
The culottes set should be worn short upon the leg length, a culottes is not a full leg.
I can not class your items as faulty.”
This is my first and last time ordering from nasty gal and won’t order any other company they own. I spent $200 of the birthday money, which was all the money I was given on nastygals website. Absolute worst customer service. I will be returning everything and will only buy from companies who value customer service.
DO NOT BUY FROM NASTY GAL!
Again their sizes are inconsistent, their products are cheaply made, and most of all their customer service doesn’t care.
