Probate is really state specific and I'm in Ohio. So not much for me as far as procedure. Hundreds of pages of materials but not very helpful. The first speaker refers to her questionairre for new clients, but does not include one for a model. Also, in Ohio, we use the phrase "safe deposit box". I guess some people use safety deposit box but I found it irksome that the wrong word was used over and over.
As for digital assets, there was no definition as to whether those are tangible or intangible, I would have like some explanation.
Also, in Ohio if a creditor doesn't make a claim within 6 months its claim is not considered valid. I don't know about sending out notice to creditors and would have liked a better explanation of how that's handled.
I can't help but think that there was a better way to do a step by step explanation of the tax return.
Transfer of real estate is an issue, sell or just transfer to heirs? Why is one better?
I was disappointed and frankly feel I wasted my money.
