I found the content helpful, and I am a County Counselor who deals with land use issues and condemnation on a regular basis in my practice. The only aspect with which I could find fault was that, while the Arizona presenters seemed to make good use of their time, the Chicago presenters seemed to allocate more of their time to the material on the earlier slides and then had to race through the later slides. This was especially evident during the ethics presentation. However, I took no issue with the content of the material from the Chicago presenters and enjoyed listenting to Mr. Florey.
