The product description did not state that the speaker would largely talk about only commercial landlord tenant topics, and, even so, the Takeaway was something that I (And likely everyone) already perceived and have been operating under: that in unpredictable times where Government regulation of this sector is fluid, the landlord and tenant should work with each other, avoid litigation, and renegotiate any term of the lease that is an obstacle, all in order to preserve the long-term relationship. The class wasn’t worth $100. Maybe $20.
