It took me three trips to finally make a decision on what size mattress and what brand. It was somewhat confusing for me. But the sales people were very patient and understanding, taking the time to write my options on paper, so I could figure out what may work the best for me. It was nice to be able to see, and to try the variety of mattresses. I do have one concerning issue. I ordered the queen mattress. I do think, and hope, that a queen bed will fit okay in the room. I was hoping tho' that I could have it delivered and I could set it up to get the full picture, and that if a double would be a better option that I could exchange it. I wouldn't remove the plastic. However, the mattress that ticked all my boxes came rolled up. So I will have to remove the plastic. And now, to exchange, should I need to, I would have to pay $95. That seems unfair. Most companies have at least a 30 day trial guarantee with a full refund. I would just be asking for an exchange of an unused mattress. I am very pleased with the delivery. Not many companies give a 2 hour window. For some it's more like an 8 hour window. So this was definitely a bonus.
