Great experience from start to finish. The team were very patient and helpful with me. It was my first time buying my own bed but they gave me enough time and guidance to try different mattresses and see what I like. The delivery process was smooth and the actual unboxing/unwrapping was easy too once I had my frame ready. Can't wait to sleep on it! I also got a couple very comfy pillows while I was there.
