National Mattress was a breeze! I've consistently gone for a Beautyrest mattress and when the time came for a new one I was surprised to find little selection at a major retailer (you know the one) and some pretty outlandish prices to boot. I looked elsewhere for the mattress I wanted and not only did National Mattress have the range of models I'd expect, they offered them at a MUCH more competitive price! Really was night-and-day dealing with their support team after the purchase with prompt responses. I've got a new go-to for mattress purchases in the future and will be pointing others in this direction too.
