The mattress I received was a back order. The mattress was received well and was not damaged. However, I had some mis-communications in regard of a mattress removal. It was meant to be removed to the curb of the house, and not an actual removal of the old mattress. When I asked about other options the kind gentlemen's told me that I could have them removed from the peel regions themselves. The only other thing I would change is to clarify clearly that a mattress removal meant to remove it to the curb. Otherwise the entire order was done well.
