I searched many sites looking for a specific type of mattress. I decided to go with National Mattress and things went quite smoothly. Firstly, I purchased through the webpage, but when I spoke with a member from the customer service team on the phone, he was really friendly and more importantly, helpful. He was knowledgeable and even reminded me about any applicable coupons. The item did say "out of stock", but I did receive updates about the backorder and was told as soon as it arrives, they will ship it out; and they did. I was notified by text and email. I was also update by the delivery crew who also were friendly and professional. As for the company, no complaints and thank you for your detailed customer service -- now I just have to sleep on the mattress and see how that goes... ;o) Steve P
