I had it delivered to me and National Mattress was fantastic! I scheduled the delivery for a later date and their customer service set that up easily, they send you an email tracking when it will be by, phone you as they get to your neighborhood, and the delivery person was very polite.
I have yet to sleep on the actual mattress but it doesn't have any obvious defects just by looking at it. As a student who needs to save money, I'm glad I bought from them!
