I recently purchased the National Mattress HD Extra Firm mattress. True to its description, it is indeed extra firm. While it took a few hours to expand initially, one edge took an additional 3-4 days to fully expand. The delivery was on time. The mattress is comfortable, and I've experienced no back pain so far. I definitely recommend buying this mattress.
