We had a great experience in store their south Mississauga associate Matthew was informative and helpful. Our order was back ordered but fulfilled a week over the timeframe they provided. My delivery was a bit lackluster they did not leave the mattress in the moving room which is our lobby entrance, but outside the building on the curb as my husband was opening the back door for them, they dropped it on the ground and did not put it into the building lobby as promised but on the concrete outside. I did not find that hygienic, or respectful to the type of item being delivered. However my husband and brother were able to bring it in. The mattress I purchased is supposed to be of better build quality and thankfully it feels wonderful. However from the opening of the bag the sealy manufacturing and finishing was very disappointing there is thread pulling all over the seams of the entire mattress, I've never experienced that before and I would say that for me that's quite disappointing. That's not national mattress fault though, just believe it's important to know the build quality of the product. I would use them again, but I would say if you want your purchase respected by the delivery ppl to just pay the $50 as they seem to do a more responsible respectful delivery when you add on that fee.
