Walked in to the showroom and I was greeted with a warm welcome. Expected the usual high pressure sales tactics but I was thankfully left alone until I was ready to ask questions. Then I received some of the best service I’ve had in a while which was a breath of fresh air. I gave my price range then and asked which mattresses were the best in that range. I was shown their top reviewed units but also was instructed to try them all. So I did. Just so happens the one I liked best was one of the few I was recommended. They had one in stock and gladly held it until I was able to take it away a few days later. Pick up was a breeze. They loaded it up for me. I picked a hybrid coil / foam mattress which amazingly is vacuum sealed up into a roll. Perfect for these old hamilton houses with narrow stairs. It’s a lot heavier than my old 12” pillow top queen and much more comfortable. Probably the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on. Can’t beat the service and especially the price. Don’t waste your $$ in thoes big box stores. I’ll be coming back here for my next mattress.
