The store we went to was Kitchener.On. There, we were pleasantly met by the Manager who told us to have a try on all the beds, find the one that suits us best! Lovely people in this shop they made us feel right at home, No pressure to buy, didn't matter how long! Excellent value for money! They even delivered on Monday a stats holiday for most people in Ontario. The men who delivered it were very polite and didn't mind carrying the mattress up the stairs. A really pleasant experience for us, we would recommend buying from this company.
