Excellent attentive service from the team without any pressure! The front desk was just manned by a single person and he had his hands full with a very demanding customer who seemed to be ordering a lot of mattresses. During a break in the order review, he approached me to see what I needed. I knew exactly what mattress I wanted (model and size) and he excused himself from the existing customer who was still reviewing her list of purchases, went to grab mine and we settled up payment and he loaded it into my car. Couldn't ask for a better experience!
