Their prices are good and their selection is good (when they have inventory). What needs improvement is answering the telephone and keeping more than one or two in stock. I was shopping for bunk bed mattresses and was challenged getting what I wanted. I will say that Peter at the North York Store was did his very best to help me. He was knowlegable and friendly and wantd to help. In the end, I made the purchase and am happy. I will go back again.
