I ordered a mattress online for my daughter. Very easy site to place my order. I had also ask a few questions by email to a staff member who was very pleasant & helpful. The mattress arrived at my daughters home & only took the delivery guys a few minutes to take it upstairs & then remove the old mattress to outside her home. Everything went quickly & smoothly. She has had one nights sleep on it so far & seems to like it. Thank you.
