This is the fourth mattress we have purchased from National Mattress Outlet. Logan is an excellent sales person and we appreciated his help. All the mattresses have been great! I do wish the store had a more forgiving exchange or refund policy. The last mattress we purchased is slightly too tall and I didn’t realize it until after I opened the packaging, now I am unable to exchange it and even if I could, I think I would have to pay $150 exchange fee. But I would buy a mattress from here again because of the quality.
