Purchasing a mattress from National Mattress was a smooth and pleasant experience. They answered all my emails beforehand and gave excellent advice in the store. Those in the store were very honest and transparent about the pros and cons of different mattresses. Delivery was on time and well organised. They delivered the well-packaged mattresses and, when I wasn't able to meet them, the deliverers put them all in nicely stacked in my backyard. Highly recommended!
