I looked up a mattress on the national Mattress website. I went into the dundas street location on Saturday and was helped right away. The people at your customer service desk explained the process and gave us a tour. I mentioned the mattress I saw on website and he took me right to it. The whole transaction from the moment we walked in to arranging delivery took less then 20 minutes. This was the best experience shopping for mattresses I had in years. I probably can't mention the competitors where my experience was less then satisfactory but rest assured I will purchase all future mattresses from you. Thank you
