Love love LOVE my new mattress!! It came pre-rolled/sealed, and it unraveled very easily (I was afraid that I might get tossed into a wall as I was removing the wrapping - but it was the easiest/most gentle unraveling experience.) Super lightweight too. Communication from my purchase date up to delivery was outstanding - I received an email minutes after placing my order, with a timeframe for delivery. The tracking page National Mattress uses is really neat- live updates and GPS on the day of delivery. Then the delivery gentleman called me to let me know he was a few minutes out. It was the most peaceful/non-anxiety-inducing order experience of my life. But I really do love my mattress. I'll definitely be recommending National Mattress to friends.
