I mistakenly bought a mattress & box spring set off marketplace by someone who was liquidating.... the mattress (all foam) was fine, but the box spring was so flimsy that several slatts broke the first night making the mattress very UNcomfortable to sleep on. Enter our new box spring from National Mattress Outlet Plus: I selected a box spring with a 10 year warranty, ordered online. The online ordering process was smooth & easy, with 3 different options for delivery: 1. front door/lobby delivery, 2. your choice of room delivery, or 3. room delivery & remove old mattress/box spring to the curb. I opted for option 2 just because we live in a building & didn't want to have to carry it from the lobby (we have elevators, but it's a long hallway). I got email & text notifications through the whole process, I knew the delivery date within hours of my order, & by that morning I knew the delivery window. They called about 15 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive so someone would meet them. My husband went down & discovered someone was about to start moving in - needing to park their truck where our delivery truck was parked, so he signed for the refund of the difference & called me to come carry it with him. The refund was quick & smooth. Sleep on this National Mattress box spring has been SO MUCH BETTER! I never realized how important a Good Quality box spring could be before this, but we definitely got it with National Mattress Outlet Plus+. Thank you NMOP+, we have had better sleep since our purchase, & we'll definitely be returning when we need any new beds in the future.
