This was my second purchase from National Mattress. I went back to them for their reasonable rates and 90 day sleep trial. I was amazed with this time was the exceptional service they provided 1. When I visited the store, by helping me narrow down on the mattress based on my requirements. 2. When the mattress was delivered, the delivery agents were very understanding and helpful even when building management were not. 3. When I eventually called them for assistance with a concern I had with the delivery, the call center agent was really quick understanding and addressing my concern.
