I purchased 2 mattress sets last year (a double and a twin) and came back this year for another set (double). The store is clean and easy to shop. The quality and prices are excellent. The website is easy-to-use also, so when I arrived at the store both times, I already had a good plan on my purchase options. The in-store customer service both times was professional, courteous and efficient. I highly recommend National Mattress's Kitchener location and would shop here again.
