Purchased a double mattress last week in store, unfortunately when they looked they did not have it in store. We were immediately offered a refund but they were able to check stock at another store and got it delivered. Delivery guys called and kept in touch to let me know it would be delivered the day of and what time. Both in store staff and delivery staff were friendly and professional!
