The person who served me at the Markham Store was Logan T. He asked me all the right questions to make sure I got the right size Box Spring, waited while I made a phone call to get the exact measurements to fit the mattress and frame, carried it to the front for me and then came out to check that the friends who were picking it up had it well secured. He deserves full marks for customer care. I hope you let him know he was appreciated.
