I had done some online browsing of discount mattress stores, and National Mattress enticed me by offering me a $50 coupon if I registered on their website - so I did, and that made the decision of *where* we would buy our new mattress. When we got there, Conor explained to us how the mattresses in the store were organized, and that each different one had a rolling bed frame you could pull out and lie down on, to try out the mattress. We were there for almost two hours, Conor checked in with us occasionally to ask if we had any questions, and he was *extremely* helpful in suggesting that we could buy a 2" box spring... I didn't know they came in very small heights like that; we didn't want a "normal size" one. Eventually we made our choice and he wrote up the order, explained the delivery options, and we were done! Overall a very pleasant experience. Next time we need a mattress, we'll be back, for sure!
