I went into the National Mattress location on Woodbine Ave on Sunday afternoon. I spoke and dealt with Henry. He was very attentive to my needs. He gave me key pointers about choosing the right mattress for me. He was able to cancel my online order and create a brand new order for me with a new delivery date. This was a very professional experience. I have shopped at National Mattress before, online and the experience was always positive including delivery. This was my first experience in the store and I was throughly pleased. I informed from the night before my delivery right up to when the mattress and box was delivered the next. The delivery guys were polite and courteous. I will continue to deal with National Mattress whenever the need arises. Thank you for your effecient service.
