Bought a backordered mattress from National Mattress, and I already knew I would have to wait, (around 3-4 weeks wait time) so that was no issue. Their sales department always got back to me promptly whenever I reached out to check on the status of my order, and delivery also went really smoothly. Overall, a great experience.
