I was extremely pleased with the level of professional and knowledgeable service. No pressure, no rush. My first visit my service rep directed me to mattresses that were economical priced (my budget is limited). He was completely respectful, showed me a number of mattresses in my price range and encouraged me to take my time and lay down to see how the mattress felt. I gave it some thought and returned to the store. My second visit was just as amazing as the first. I had done some additional research so had some more questions. The service rep wasn’t the same at the first and again took his time answering all my questions and again I was encouraged to not to rush my decision. You’d think I was the only customer in the store but I wasn’t and I can testify that every customer received the same level of service and personal attention. Definitely recommend National Mattress and would shop there
