As soon as I walked in, I met with an advisor. He asked some questions about what I was looking for, gave me quick tour of the warehouse, let me try a few mattresses, and cleared up any confusion I had about which mattress to buy based on my comfortability. He then left me alone to continue trying mattresses without feeling any pressure from a salesman at all. I eventually found the mattress I wanted, bought it through the other sales rep, as the previous rep was with other customers, he was pretty fast, and even helped me load the mattress in my truck.
