I had stumbled across the store online and to be honest I wasn't sure what to expect when I pulled up because I had only been to Sleep Country and it was a much different first impression. I was a little surprised when I walked inbecause it thought maybe it was more of a second tier store for either older model matresses or unwanted over stock. Also the staff was pleasant and greeted me but wasn't really aggressive with a sales approach like i had found at the other stores I visited. I asked them about what I was looking for and was transparent that i didn't know too much about choosing the right mattress. Let me tell you, that's where my entire perspective of the store changed. John at the Steeles location was SO HELPFUL! He educated me on the types of mattresses, the diffrences between brands I was looking at, highlighted some top sellers and features, pulled stock that wasn't on the floor and just made the experience so easy. I didn't feel pressured at all to make a purchase (but ended up leaving buying two beds). He arranged delivery and made that a seamless process as well, just a few days later. I've already sent over two friends, my aunt and my neighbour to purchases their mattresses. If anyone asks me, i would certianly refer this store over any other.
