I called the store and asked for a specific mattress, the gentleman told me he does not carry that particular one however he has 4 in mind that are similar. I went in and he had them ready for me to try. I purchased one and just recieved it. I will write another review after I sleep on it. They accommodated my delivery schedule and I was very impressed by how they handle my inquiry. I would definitely recommend them for their customer service.
