I had already did my research so I knolew what I wanted when I got there. I was greeted at the door and brought right to the mattress I wanted. I tried it out and he suggested I lay on a few other which I did. Then I got a free pillow with my purchase for leaving a good review. Amazing staff and service. I'll be going back for future mattress purchases.
