Customer service was a 10/10. I needed to purchase 2 mattresses the same day as I was shipping them of the country the following morning. Peter and Jon were both extremely helpful and made the process very easy. The prices are a steal for all types and qualities of mattresses and an added bonus is that they are under warranty. Pickup was easy as my items were ready upon my arrival. Will definitely be purchasing from them in the future and recommending to all!
