I was hesitant at first shopping at a store that wasn’t a home store or specialty mattress chain most are familiar with, but purchasing from National Mattress was not only great because of the variety, care and quality of top brands to affordable ones, but the customer service experience was wonderful as well. In-store and online experience were both very positive. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed and given assistance. Greg helped give great suggestions and provided great comparisons to help us identify the perfect option. Although commission free, you never got that pushy sales feel or felt like you were just being given not enough information to really make a sound decision. Point is, the team is kind and helpful. They were even just as detailed and helpful over the phone for follow up questions about products and process, and were accommodating in helping ensure my order was on the next truck for delivery. Even the delivery process was great, with clear live tracking, and kind and helpful staff. Overall, this was just a positive experience and can rely on them for at least decent quality products.
