I went to the local Barrie branch and worked with a gentleman (I believe his name was Alex) and had outstanding customer service right from the get go. He was polite, very knowledgeable, and was understanding of my situation and was able to get me exactly what I needed. Very quick and easy.
Delivery was easy too - very communicative, tracking with the email for ease of service, and dropped it right in my doorway.
Five stars all around.
