It was easy . Warehouse atmosphere and no high pressure commissioned sales associate. A staff member welcomed me and explained the process of purchasing a mattress from National. Huge inventory of mattresses to chose from of all sizes and types and prices clearly marked. There was always someone around to answer questions . Delivery was on time and efficient. I would shop National Mattress again in the future.
