This was our first purchase at National Mattress after finding NM on line and seeing that they offer the Stearns & Foster line at such deeply competitive prices that wipe out the competition. These are expensive mattresses and their prizing was significantly below other national mattress companies. The store was very easy to navigate, cleverly laid out by price and brand. The service was welcoming, conversational and educational - not aggressive and pushy. We were left on our own to try multiple products as we wished and when we decided and made our choice all questions were answered easily and they sales agent Arnold obviously knew his products. Additional offers where investigated to give us the best price and the Black Friday no tax saved us a bundle on top of the very good price on the mattress. They even offer 3 different delivery options, one which includes delivery right to the bedroom and your old mattress pulled to your curb. We couldn’t be happier and have already referred 3 friends.
