I was hoping the company would be what it was. I badly needed a mattress Queen size. I visited several stores around but the pricing was crazy and the sales people obnoxious with their chic appearance and pushing to a more expensive selection. At National Mattress they showed me the non glamorous room and I tried every mattress, found what I needed, the guy came back asking if I needed something and that was it. Pricing is affordable. Very easy service which is the part that blows me away.
