It was my first time visiting your store on Dundas St in Mississauga. What I found definitely led me to my decision to purchase there. Everyone from front desk to the staff on floor were so helpful with such good temperament. I was encuraged to lie on the mattress to ensure my comfort. I found them not pushy, yet informative and they were able to answer all my questions and work with me on my measurement requirements. When I placed my order on November 5, everything was explained to me regarding changes to my mattress if not satisfied. Even after I placed the order and got home, I re-measured and called in a change to my boxspring size and once more, no hesitation for that change and immediately sent the invoice. I would rate you the best in customer satisfaction and would most definitely recommend you to my familym friends, neighbours or whomever is looking to make a purchase.
