I give National Mattress 5 stars from beginning to end. Ordering online was easy and delivery was on time and excellent. The customer service agents were very pleasant to deal with over the phone and also by email. The delivery drivers were also friendly, punctual and professional when they delivered my mattress. Excellent experience from browsing their website to placing the order. I was always kept up to date through emails and including a courteous call from the delivery drivers when they were 10 minutes away to arriving. I plan on purchasing from National Mattress in the future and will also recommend them to all my family and friends if and when they are looking to purchase a new mattress. Very happy with my new mattress and it's also a bonus that you sell made in Canada mattresses. Very happy with the service and product.
