Well, I was reluctant at first,to be honest..but everything went so smooth in the end. Communication with shipping was only over the e-mail but pretty straight forward. Be aware if you live outside GTA, they will choose the delivery date,-twice a week- but considering that the shipping itis FREE, it's understandable. Very impressed by the track my order system..right on time. Staff friendly, product sealed properly... time will tell how it will last. Thank you!
