Great customer service and overall experience and a wide variety to choose from. The best thing I liked was the sales representative was very helpful while showing the mattress he understood what we were looking for and showed is all the mattress in our criteria without focusing too much on all sorts of tech specs like number of coils, cooling gel etc etc. He made me try multiple mattress and just told us about basic quality of mattress and how good it is. Best thing was he didnt push us too much like other places sales people do, he gave me and my wife good space to discuss, try and make our mind if we want to buy or not. I infact liked a mattress at Bricks as well that was even $50 cheaper than National mattress matress that I liked but I decided to go with National mattress just because the sales rep was noce and didnt push me like the other store sales rep was pushing me to buy.
