The whole process was seamless, the mattress was delivered exactly when it was supposed to. I reached out to see if they would leave my mattress at my door if I wasn’t home. They responded quickly asked my consent which was perfect. Overall experience was great, I wouldn’t hesitate to order from NM again. Thank you!!!
