We were greeted by a friendly staff member who guided us to the type and style of mattresses we were in search of. We were also advised that the beds were able to be pulled out in order to lay on and check firmness and comfort. There were no pushy sales reps present, which we really appreciated. We tried 4 of the type & style we were looking for and found the best one within 15mins. Best experience yet. (Not mentioned the other Big Brand mattress companies around Barrie). Would go back to National Mattress again! 😊
