We read the reviews before we visited this place. The staff are friendly, helpful, and informative. No signs of rudeness or pressure. We found the model we wanted with a very good deal. We paid $35 extra for delivery to our bedroom. The movers are very respectful, they took off their shoes, and advised us to remove the photo frame on the wall.
