I have nothing but great things to say about National Mattress! Soon after my purchase I had a little bit of buyer's remorse. I replied to the confirmation email inquiring about possibly canceling my order. I received a reply straight away! The chap I chatted with (Arnold), was a wonderful help! He was very responsive and answered all my questions. In the end, I went through with the purchase! I highly recommend National Mattress! Exceptional customer service is so rare these days!
